This call is for anyone who has gone through an initial consult and has received their individualized protocol. Here we will work through each layer and you will be able to awaken your ability to adapt with a check in on what needs your attention. Spiritual tools, nutritional and herbal knowledge, and lifestyle medicine practices will be suggested through a private call. Here we will work through each piece of your protocol. A frequency medicine scan will be accessible during the consultation. Recorded for future reflection.
