Veering off course

When I first had that moment of a wake-up call, I was years into troubled relationships, poor food habits, and emotional defiance. It had been a long time coming of denying my full existence.


I looked around and my body, mind, emotions, sleep, nutrition, and well-being were completely out of whack. I had no clue where to begin but knew I absolutely had to. So I started with the most basic thing I could recognize... food. It was something I participated in multiple times a day (even when it was not healthy).


I began looking at what I felt like when I ate. What foods felt inspirational. What foods felt draining. How did my body respond. What was my mind like as I ate them. I became an investigator with food and how it fed me (in all senses of the word).


You may be realizing you are not as close to alignment as you may like to be. The journey to Adapting Resiliently can really begin anywhere within the dimensions of well-being
