Tuning In
Today I was recording some new courses. At one point there was a question about how do I tune into my most sacred, sovereign, and intuitive self?
(Not a small question at all!)
I took a pause and centered myself before proceeding. The thing is that we all lose connection to our intuitive selves at times and then when we begin the journey of tuning back into that higher self we can experience the deer in the headlights; where do we even begin?
Our connection to our most sacred self is essential to adapting resiliently because the more aligned we are with our highest selves, the more likely we are living in alignment with our purpose, and therefore we are likely to feel supported in our journey towards optimal wellbeing.
The place we can begin with tuning into our most spiritual self is with our breath. Just sitting with ourselves so that we are able to hear our inner and higher selves. In Adapting Resiliently we walk through some tools to use to help us in our journey. Also when working with me privately I support this journey in hearing what your intuition is trying to describe.
