Recalibration

Sometimes when we get that itch and inkling that it's time to go bravely in a new direction we may stall for a second, not sure of what that truly means.


This is the best time to call ourselves forward in a way where we honor and recognize our strength and desire. The path of becoming resilient of putting to bed the ways we experience stress and inflammation is not the easiest path. Truly, it is not intended for the faint of heart.


The recalibration that is required of you means a stripping of who and how you thought you 'should' be. It requires a very frank conversation with yourself on what you do on auto-pilot whether it be eating, being in particular relationships, working out, or mental loops. We all can go on autopilot and unconsciously keep creating patterns within our lives. Recalibration requires that we get up and personal with ourselves and the ways we check out on fully being alive in every sense of our vitality.


Today is a good day to contemplate; how do I cultivate my own passion? In what ways do I keep my fire burning for my highest good? In what ways can I contribute to becoming passionate about my optimal wellbeing?
