The Adapting Resiliently Journey

Hello and welcome! I am Aubrey. Adapting Resiliently was born out of the path I have academically and individually been walking for over a decade. 

I realized that all sources of inflammation can weaken us, especially when they run chronically. The daily stress, poor relationships, nutritionally depleted meals, lack of time, and access to creativity and our sacred selves all create internal inflammation. This inflammation impacts us mind-body-spirit. Learning to adapt resiliently involves all of these aspects and a commitment to seeing daily into the journey of vibrant living.
